This is a wonderful place to enjoy authentic Vietnamese food. The pork banh mi is my favorite, and it's served with a pot of tea and a light banana dessert, all for a good price. The owners are friendly and conscientious. I try to eat here everytime I visit Ft. Smith.
Excellent pho and excellent people! Artistic culinary touches for each dish- they care and it shows. Highly recommend!!
I use to LOVE this place. It breaks my heart to write this review. The food and service was always top notch, however the last time I was there I almost ate a roach! It was in my complementary banana desert. You’ve been warned.
Another excellent meal. This time I had the spicy braised quail along with the best spring rolls you'll find anywhere.
This place has delicious pho 🍲 the best green tea and a terrific atmosphere. It is a wonderful, local, family restaurant. We enjoy coming here for a warm and cozy meal. The service is excellent. I highly recommend trying this place out if you’ve never been here before. Well worth it.
Delicious food, great service and plenty of vegetarian options
The food was excellent the gave complimentary green tea and a banana dessert (I forget the name of it)
If anyone gave this place a 1 star you cannot appreciate the great food and hard work these folks put into this place. I always try something new when I go and I have not been disappointed. Go in enjoy the cozy straight forward ambiance and get the best dang Vietnamese food in Fort Smith!
It's not just soup! The restaurant is small, but the value is huge. They'll customize your dish and make it as mild or spicy as you want. I am also happy to help support a local small business in this day and age. Today's lunch was a rice crepe filled with shrimp. Delicate and tasty!
This place is cash only. They have a sign on the door but you might be so excited for th food you overlook it. The service is friendly. They make everything to order so it may take a little bit to come out but it's completely worth it when it does.
I've loved this place for 15 years. It's not a visually appealing place but there food is awesome & heartfelt. Its, to me, a Fort Smith must.
Stopped by for a quick dinner and it was absolutely delicious! I had the seasoned tofu over vermicelli, which also comes with vegetarian egg rolls. Best tofu I've ever had-- very flavorful even before you add the sauce to the bowl. I ended up ordering more food to take home because it was all that good...
Always good food... They could use a little cleanup though. Especially the hot sauce containers!
Archeologists eons hence will conclude that this was the finest restaurant on earth.
They have been there for as long as I can remember decades with delicious food & exceptionable service.
Amazing food, great service, very little wait, and AWESOME drinks. The Vietnamese coffee was simply delicious. All the food we tried (and yes, we had a ban-mi sandwich for appetizer) was simply grand. I highly recommend this place! Especially, because, after all, it's in a remodeled gas station!!!! 😍
Love the food and fresh squeezed juice for the bubble tea!
I walked in the owner was extremely friendly the first thing I saw on the menu was a big old bowl of soup and I just had have it and it was the best soup I have ever had when the owner came to take my order I didn't even order a drink he placed in a glass of water and a thing of delicious hot green tea when he brought me my food he also brought me a dessert free of charge this place is absolutely amazing
Nice service good food
The owners are very sweet. They try hard to be attentive. The food is totally out of this world. You can tell they care about quality and that the food is made with love. I 100% recommend you giving this Ft. Smith gem a try while you're there. I wish I could go every week! Vegetarian options are plentiful.
I love noodle shops. I visit them more often than other restaurants. This is an excellent option here in Fort Smith. Quaint, the owner served me and even brought me an outstanding desert simply as a courtesy - on the house. I couldn't have been happier having found this gem. They don't take credit or debit cards. Just a heads up! Will be back, the food was outstanding.
Always loved their food. Very polite owner. Their tofu sandwich is great!
This is our go-to pho place, it always sounds good on a rainy day. They have the best Pho in town, there are lots of other delicious items on the menu and once you've found your favorite that's what you'll crave. Plan ahead to wait a bit longer but it's worth it, it's just a husband and wife ( the owners)that make the food and they work their buts off. Please support this local staple!
Very good if you are not in a hurry.
Even though this doesn’t immediately looks inviting, the food is amazing. It’s a small restaurant, simple, but great. Authentic Vietnamese and really good prices
You'll have to wait a little bit before eat but the good it's great
Delicious, full of flavor, healthy food. I used to live in Vietnam and the taste took me back. The owner was very friendly, giving us tea while we waited for our food. Pictured is a Bun noodle dish - cold noodles and fresh vegetables with shrimp. Cash only and currently pick up only due to covid
Thank you for your hospitality... And service the food was wonderful and I loved the mango buba tea, thanks for dessert the bananas was wonderful .. 🤩😍😘🔥🔥🔥❤️
Best Pho in town. Owners are great and so is the food.
Best pho around!
I can definitely recommend. Lots of vegetarian options at good prices. Food tasted fresh and was full of flavor. The veggie tofu sandwich was good as a previous reviewer stated. Just a little renovation of the restaurant eating area would go a long way in improving the dining atmosphere, but the food was good regardless.
If you want authentic Vietnamese food, this is the place to go. The serve wonderful soups that are not only filling but soothing at the same time.
I've been coming here for years. I really enjoy the food and its a nice and quiet establishment. I recommend eating here at least twice! 😃😃
Great food as always! It will be a sad day when they finally close their doors. I believe they're the oldest Vietnamese restaurant in the Fort Smith area. I try to go there as often as I can because I know they won't be here forever as the owners are getting up in years. This afternoon I had #41 the pork chop dinner.
The food here is amazing and they are such nice people. You should come here and eat it is amazing !!!! 😀😀
Great place, awesome pho! Can't wait to go again!
The service was great. The owners are so sweet. The food was delicious. I loved my chicken and fried rice. My daughter and son n law loved their food also.
I and many others extremely love this restaurant. The husband and wife team that owns it are really good at what they do and really should start more locations. I'm usually getting something to eat here 3-4 times a week.
Very friendly and fast. Gave me an extra drink and dessert for free. Pho was delicious!
Great food and hospitable service. The chicken curry stew with French bread is delicious, very hearty and filling!
It's a cute little place. Served hot tea as soon as you sit down. Family owned I assume. They have a huge menu selection and also give a complimentary little dessert to go with your food. The pho and other soups are always sooo good. Dont let the outside fool you. It's a little janky looking but the food is out this world.
The food is fantastic! Be aware there is a wait. There is one man that does all the serving. If you're in a hurry don't eat here it will only make you mad. If you have plenty of time this is the place to go. Dinner includes a dessert of warm sliced bananas in a little bit of coconut milk sprinkled with peanuts. 😛mmmmm
Got imperial rolls and large Pho. The last time I was there 2014 passing through; food still good
bbq bahn mi is great here and the owners are very sweet! don't forget to bring cash. brown people friendly: 10/10
Great food. Fresh summer rolls and great French bread sandwiches which are hard to come by these days.
Perfect little mom & pop place. Great atmosphere and delicious food.
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I've eaten here only once, and it has been a couple years. However, I still remember how astonished I was by it. I am Vietnamese and grew up eating the cuisine they serve, and it is probably one of the most authentic Vietnamese restaurants I've eaten at in the states while travelling. I wish the owners lots of success!!
Very good food.
I've never had Pho before so I asked the gentleman to give me what he thought was the best. I told him I like spicy, and all meats. He gave me a beef and shrimp pho (#65) that was fantastically delicious and fresh. It was a huge portion but I gobbled it all down, with plenty of added red pepper sauce, and completely understand why people consider this an addictive food. The nice little dish of sweetened banana slices with ground peanuts with a treat too.
Passing through and found on Google.Great food, great service, friendly and did I mention great food?
